Stellenbosch Private Wine Tasting Tour

Whether you are a seasoned connoisseur or a casual wine enthusiast, this will curate private wine tour that offers tastings of some of the best that Stellenbosch has to offer. My tour will introduce you to the hidden gems out there, tastings with a more personal experience, and farms without crowding and no commercial-style farms.
This experience is a journey through time with old-world and modern-style wines. We will focus on the importance of each terroir within Stellenbosch and, therefore, the unique wines and styles produced in each area while sipping on beautifully crafted wines. We will see different wine cellars and learn about micro- and boutique wine production. My tour is a truly unique and insightful but relaxing experience. I look forward to a day of sharing my beautiful town with you!

Starting on the Northern side of Stellenbosch we will taste top wines produced from this region, specifically looking at the terroir. Tastings will be accompanied by handcrafted artisanal cheeses to tantalize the taste buds.

Catherine Marshall Wines

A micro-winery on the hills of Polkadraai on the Western side of town. Experience a warm welcome from Winemaker Catherine and her team where they take you through their journey with handcrafted wines, arts and a very informative cellar tour.

Alto Wine Estate

Alto Wine lands, Annandale Road, Off R44 towards Somerset West, Stellenbosch

Moving South East of town we'll visit an Iconic estate and the oldest Red wine estate in S.A learning about their terroir, heritage and history. You will also nibble on some cured meats, smoked artisanal cheeses and preserves with home baked breads while taking in the beautiful setting!
