This is a great tour which combines two of the best in Cape Town. The world famous Robben Island now a world Heritage site with the prison where Nelson Mandela spend 18 of his 27 years of incarceration. The history of South Africa comes alive at this place.

Boulders Beach Penguin Colony

Visit this attractive penguin colony via the wooden board walk at Stony Point beach. Get up close to the penguins and take amazing photos.
Look out for the Dassie a famous and well nourished rock rabbit. Take a walk along the fence and explore the living conditions of the adorable birds.

Time permitting you can also visit the boulders beach section of the colony. Here you are allowed to enjoy a not common activity - swimming with the penguins. Learn the history of the penguins as to how they ended up being here and when they where discovered.

Cape of Good Hope

Visit this top attraction in Cape Town which is visited all year round by thousands of both domestic and international visitors. Grab a quick photo on entry as you drive in the nature reserve.
Take a stop on the first photo stop which has spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. As you proceed in please lookout for the baby tortoises as they crawl across the road.
Here is a place where the national flower The Protea is in abundance which provide a major sauce of food for the baboons. Take a look at the distinctive nature of the 2 different types of fynbos: the Coastal Fynbos and the Inland Fynbos. Explore the common vegetation which is mainly the Peninsula Sandstone Fynbos.

Explore the towering stone cliffs, endemic fynbos, breath taking bays, beaches and rolling green mountains and valleys. With countless photo stops, explore this amazing landscape with several hiking trails.
There is an abundance of marine life that includes different species of fish and interesting bird life. The waters contain some of the world's great fish and mammals that includes the great white shark and the whales.

The Flying Dutchman the fenicular adds to the attraction and a healthy 15 minute optional hike to the lighthouse. Take photos from the lookout positions of the bay and the Dias beach.

As you go up to the lighthouse in season this is the windiest place in South Africa. It also is a place declared to be one of a very few places in the world with the freshest air to breath.

Explore this architectural feat with 114 curves from start to finish. Look out for the long beach at the end of the drive with pure white sand. Learn the history of the construction of this drive and the costs involved.

During winter (June to November) look out for the whales as they glide along the coast. Views of the bay and Hout bay from the scenic drive are out of this world.
