Private Group Tour To Boulders Beach & Cape Point Incl. Park FeesThis tour is best suitable for groups travelling together as one. The pay per vehicle option is much more economic for groups wanting to travel privately. We make use of a 13-seater air-conditioned minivan on this tour option. The tour is private, and you have the liberty to customize the tour. Pick up is from your hotel in Cape town. Your qualified guide will drive you and also escort you to all the sites mentioned in your itinerary. There are also a few photo stops along the way that your guide might recommend for you to jump out of the car and make the best out of every given opportunity. There are also optional hiking trails at Cape point that your guide will recommend to you. Lunch can be held either at Cape point national park or in Simon's town. Your guide will also be able to recommend a restaurant upon your approval. Bo-Kaap is one of the oldest neighbourhoods in Cape town. Tucked up between Cape Town City and the Signal Hill. The neighbourhood is considered to be the first home of the former slaves of the Cape that were shipped across from the far east by the Dutch East India Company from as early as 1656. Bright coloured Cape Georgian architectural houses to represent the abolishment of slavery over a 150 years later makes for great photo taking. We will spend a quarter of an hour here before the journey heads west towards the famous Cape town pristine Atlantic Seaboard coastline.

Nestled in between the famous twelve apostles mountain range and a pristine granitic white sandy beach is Camps bay suburb. The Beverly hills of Cape Town. The Camps beachfront is also laden with world famous seafood, Italians restaurants and your routine coffee shops. Guest will have a chance to hop off the vehicle and enjoy the magnificent views that this suburb has to offer as well as take pictures before our journey continues south towards Hout bay.

Hout Bay is a beautiful remote town surrounded by mountains on all sides and just 30 minutes south of Cape Town City. Affectionately known as The Republic of Hout bay, Hout bay neighbourhood not like any other town and all the roads that gets one here goes over mountain passes. This town used to be laden with a vast indigenous forest which eventually was harvested by the Dutch East Indian Company for the building of hats and ships, hence then the name Hout bay meaning wood forest stuck.

Duiker Island is home over four thousand Cape fur seals and just under four nautical miles from the famous Hout Bay Harbour. A ferry frequently runs between the Harbour and the Island taking guests from all over the world on a stunning 45 minute round up trip to the Island. Should you not fancy taking the boat trip, some guests may have an option of exploring the huge souvenir market situated at the harbour.

Chapman's Peak Drive

After having explored Hout Bay and the Seal Island. Our journey will continue further down south via the world famous Chapman's Peak Drive, a state of the art mountain side road. Many photo opportunities will be offered on the 11 km long road. Guests are however advised that the road will only be open conducive to good weather.

At the southern end of the famous Chapman's Peak Drive lies a small lush and affluent suburb called Noordhoek. Noordhoek meaning northern corner in a local language is habitat to many a great retired artist and other notables. A farm village in the heart of this lush suburb provides one with some of the greatest coffee in Cape Town as well as shopping of some locally made bric-a-bracs. Guest will also have an opportunity to use restrooms before a long stretch down towards the Cape of Good Hope.

Cape Point Ostrich Farm

Shortly before we venture into the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve National Park. Our journey will drive past an Ostrich farm. Guest might also have an opportunity to get off the vehicle and get a closer look of these huge birds from the roadside. Ostriches are farmed for their meat, feathers and skin to make leather. Guest should also be advised that we do not offer any programs that includes petting or riding of animals of any kind.

Cape Point is a 7750 hectares big National Park and home to the world's richest Floral Kingdom. Approximately over 2000 different species thrives here and of which 70% of them only occurs here. Wildlife such as Antelopes, Ostriches, bird life, Zebras, Snakes, Tortoises and Baboons also call home. Here guests might be lucky to come across some of them.

The Cape of Good Hope is the most South western corner of the African Continent. Two different ocean currents share common grounds here. The cold Atlantic Benguela current and the warm Mozambique Agulhas current of the Indian ocean. The cape of Good Hope waters are also know to boast of the most diverse marine life in the world. Guest will have an opportunity to do some walking or even hiking. A big sign welcoming guests to this famous and historic landmark is popular with pauses and cameras.

Old Cape Point Lighthouse

The Old Cape Point lighthouse is the 3rd oldest in South Africa. Sitting over 235 meters above sea level. The lighthouse eventually was decommissioned in 1919 as its elevation hindered good visibility of the lighthouse to the sailors. A paved pathway from the car park provides Guests with a beautiful walk up to the lighthouse and the cliff look out area. A funicular at extra cost also provides those not in a walking mood with a chance to get to the lighthouse. Guest might also fancy having lunch at 2 oceans restaurant while they are here.

Boulders Beach Penguin Colony

Boulders Beach is home to the endangered African penguin. It is also one of the two mainland penguin colonies in South Africa. A boardwalk was constructed here to prevent too much violation of the penguins peace so as to slow down their extinction rate. The boardwalk takes Guests to an enclosed beach near the clear sea waters of the False Bay. There will be a lot of photo taking opportunities from the closet range but guest will not be allowed to touch nor feed these beautiful and endangered birds.

Simon's Town
Simon's Town is a town named after a governor of the same name who founded this town in the late 1600s as a winter lee shore. Her Victorian architecture also attest that in this town is where the first British Settlement at the the Cape from the late 1700s. Now operating as the home of the South African Navy, the town also boast of some of the Cape's best and fresh seafood restaurants, souvenir shops as well as coffee and ice creams on a beautiful sunny day.
