We are located at the back of 100 Voortrekker Road, Salt River, Cape Town, building has two large green gates on the left hand side, go through these and down the lane, at the end you will find the secret courtyard, we are to the right on the other side of the courtyard.
What to expect:
100 Voortrekker Rd
When arriving at our small craft Distillery hidden in a quiet courtyard and after introductions you will be given a brief history of rum and taken into the production area.
Here we will take you through our Rum making process where you will get to taste the Molasses we use as well as smell the spices and wood that are used to make the Rum. Once the tour is done, we return to the tasting room where you will taste the different Rums that we currently make. You will be able choose one of four mixers to go with your Rum.
Once a choice has been made, the tasting begins and we discuss the different flavours each person picks up in the Rums and what their overall experience has been like.
