Stellenbosch is typically known for its Mediterranean climate, characterized by warm, dry summers, and mild, wet winters. The climate is well-suited for grape cultivation and often contributes high quality of wines produced in the region.
At Marianne, they also believe that the red wine goes well with 'Biltong', (South African term for Jerkey), as it enhance the flavors of both.
