Your adventure will begin at Storms River Village, where you can request a knowledgeable guide at no extra cost or choose to take on the challenge solo. Using the map, you'll begin your trek into the Plaatbos forest. The full course for this level route is a total of 13km and is expected to take challengers up to five hours to complete. You’ll pass through river crossings, pass water falls and even get the chance to go for a swim if you opt for an accompanying guide. You’ll need to work together as a group to complete the tasks and redeem your prizes. Do you think you’re up to the challenge?

Stormsriver 13km Scavenger HuntAffordable fun for the whole family, young & old, fit or not. Couples, families, friends, school groups & other groups spending quality time together outdoors, looking for clues, items of interest along their chosen route.
Those completing their clue cards correctly, win prizes ranging from our branded merchandise, like mouse pads, cooler bags etc. or they can opt to take a 10% to 20% discount voucher from activities such as Segway, Canopy Tours Ziplines, Eezi -Scooters ,Tube & Axe, Monkeyland, Jukani Wildlife Sanctuary, Birds of Eden, Quad Bikes and Kayak and Lilo in Tsitsikamma ,that we have partnered with. Other options are 20% discount vouchers from selected restaurants in the village. Children have a few age appropriate toys to choose from as prizes.
This challenge is affordable fun and knowledgeable guides are available for Hard & Extreme routes at no extra cost. .
The other 3 routes all take place through the various trails in the beautiful, indigenous forests, with much to view, including river & stream crossings, waterfalls, many species of mushrooms, ferns & birdlife.

The Extreme route is 13 km and takes 4-5 hours. It is suitable for fitter people, regular hikers & may include a swim in the Storms River when a guide is present.

All ticket sales are final and not refundable. Reservations cannot be changed, rescheduled or refunded once confirmed. Reservations may be re-scheduled by the operator of the activity due to reasons such as weather, minimum participation requirements, mechanical issues or other interruptions beyond their control.
