We look at them from town as the crown jewels of the Moab area, why not get up close and personal?
The flight starts off with a boom, flying past the Monitor and Merrimac, Gemini Bridges, Jeep Arch, Poison Spider and Amasa Back. We then cross town and skirt the east side of Moab with spectacular views of the red rocks surrounding the area. We?ll fly past Ken?s Lake and venture up Pack Creek, passing the famous Pack Creek Ranch. Edward Abbey wrote part of the Monkey Wrench Gang here! From there it is up to the peaks of Mt. Peale and Mt. Mellenthin. The flight plan takes us over Fins and Things, Hell?s Revenge and the Slickrock 4X4 and mountain bike trails. Our trip home will pass just west of Arches over the Sovereign Trail System and back to the Moab Heli X facilities.

Weather Policy
- Not often, but occasionally, we are forced to cancel flights due to weather restraints. You may receive an email to reschedule. To be safe, if the weather looks questionable, please call ahead to verify your flight.
- We normally have beautiful desert weather, but at times the winds come up or the occasional desert squall.
What to Bring
- Dress for the weather. Please wear clothing that is suitable to be outside the helicopter before and after the flight. The helicopter is climate controlled. Our Helicopter sightseeing tours are in air-conditioned helicopters. We always suggest to wear clothing suitable for the season and that would allow you to spend time outside of the helicopter.
Changes to reservations for tickets can be made until 2 days prior to the date scheduled. Reservations may be re-scheduled by the operator of the activity due to reasons such as weather, minimum participation requirements, mechanical issues or other interruptions beyond their control.
