Please arrive 15 minute early.
The Marina parking lot, at 1006 Bay St. Beaufort, SC 29902, is where you should park. The fee is $1 an hour, so plan accordingly. It is right next door to the office and where we pick up guests. Please be at least 10 minutes early! For the 10:00 am & 12:30 pm tours, we pick up at the Red Painted Curb with several park benches beside it (near the Marina entrance on the corner of Bay St & Charles St) and the shuttle bus will be waiting there for you & any others in your party. If you are on the 3:00 pm tour, please meet in front of the Marina Shop at the Yellow Painted Curb.
Please check in at the office, at 928 1/2 Bay St. Beaufort, SC 29902 prior to that. You can use the restroom and purchase any water or soda you might need for the tour.
There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements for the tour to run. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund.

Reservation Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
Changes to reservations for tickets can be made until 2 days prior to the date scheduled. Reservations may be re-scheduled by the operator of the activity due to reasons such as weather, minimum participation requirements, mechanical issues or other interruptions beyond their control.
All gift certificate sales are final and not refundable. Gift certificates can only be exchanged prior to redemption.
