Pirates, Patriots & Prohibition - Private Evening Walking Tour Of CharlestonGuided by Timothy Trouche, an eighth-generation Charleston native and third generation Charleston tour guide, you will learn the unique history of the pirates who plagued Charles Town in its early days, the many patriots who defended the city over the last three centuries and how prohibition shaped the way of life in Charleston in the early 20th century.
Share in Tim’s hometown knowledge of the city’s rich history while enjoying charming views of the Charleston harbor, cobblestone streets, buildings and monuments that date as far back as the late 1600s.
*Please note that this is not a ghost tour but does cover some historical discussion that may not be appropriate for children under the age of 13.
