Check in time is 20 minutes prior to the scheduled time of your tour
Use the restroom inside of The HardRock Cafe before showing up - No high heels, flip flops allowed , sandals need a closed toe & strap around the ankle .
Minimum age 12 and weigh at least 100 pounds minimum 275 maximum
You must be able to use the steps without a handrail to safely navigate our machines
Parking Available in Station Square
Located in Bessemer Court at Station Square, behind the Hard Rock cafe next to the fountain

Reservation Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
Changes to reservations for tickets can be made until 3 days prior to the date scheduled. Reservations may be re-scheduled by the operator of the activity due to reasons such as weather, minimum participation requirements, mechanical issues or other interruptions beyond their control.
All gift certificate sales are final and not refundable. Gift certificates can only be exchanged prior to redemption.
