Philadelphia Coffee Roasting Workshop

Guests will be able to participate on a hands-on level. We will show all the necessary and important steps throughout the coffee roasting process. Afterwards we will taste the coffees together and discuss the results as a group.
The classes are always very fun and you will take something new (and coffee beans!) home with you.

This class will be held at the Vamo Coffee roastery and training lab. Equipped with professional coffee machines, tools, and brewing devices. The studio is in center city Philadelphia, it is very accessible and close to other popular attractions and food establishments.

The main building is on 11th street, between Wood street and Carlton street. You will receive a keypad code for the main door and then use the elevator to the 5th floor. Please check your email, we will send you more details on address, parking, and accessing the building.

Learn and see what is involved in the art of coffee roasting. We will provide a demonstration for guests by using a commercial-grade machine at a professional coffee roasting studio/lab. Then, you will be able to roast a batch of your own, and finally we will all taste them together as a group.
This is a great activity for coffee lovers and everyone in between. It allows for unique interactions, conversations, new ideas, and the opportunity to learn something new.
