It was here that the Founding Fathers wrote and signed the Declaration of Independence that came to separate the USA from the UK. You will be lead through the old city of Philadelphia by our expert guide and shown famous sites such as Independence Mall, home of the Liberty Bell, Independence Hall and the President's House. Your guide will inundate you with lots of fascinating stories all about the formation of the republic. The tour will then move on to Benjamin Franklin's grave where you will learn about arguably the most famous Philadelphian. You'll also visit Arch Street Meeting House to learn about the vital part that the Quakers played in the birth of the nation, and at Betsy Ross House you'll hear all about the woman who sewed the first American flag. Finally is Elfreth's Alley and Christ Church where you will find out about the normal people who played a part in the revolution
