National Treasure: Tour Of Philadelphia SecretsJoin us on an adventure through Philadelphia's most famous sites. We won't be stealing the Declaration of Independence, but we'll weave in stories from the cult favorite, National Treasure, with the real-life history.
You'll be led by a real-life archaeologist who'll help you separate fact from fiction and delve into the most interesting stories behind the iconic sites in Philadelphia.
We'll begin at the Liberty Bell, see Independence Hall, then walk our way further downtown, going through Washington Square. We'll go up Broad Street to City Hall. See the outside of the Masonic Temple (home of the Philadelphia Free Masons) and end up at Reading Terminal. From there we'll say our goodbye but you'll be able to grab lunch at the many vendors in Reading Terminal.
Expect a tour that combines movie trivia, historical facts, and a walk through Philadelphia culture. Join us!

We'll meet outside La Colombe Coffee Roasters, near the chairs on the plaza there. It is right at the intersection of 6th Street and Market Street.

Liberty Bell Center

We'll begin our tour outside the Liberty Bell, connecting the real life mysteries of the bell with its role in National Treasure.
Note: Entry to the Liberty Bell Center will depend on the length of line and guide's discretion.

Our tour will stop outside Independence Hall and we'll go through an overview of revolutionary era history and the founding of America. We'll learn the real-life history of Howe, Gates, along with the mysteries the building still holds.
Note: We will not be entering Independence Hall. (If you would like to visit Independence Hall we can assist you in obtaining tickets to the interior).

We'll wrap up our tour at a final filming location from the film - where Kruege and Bartha run away during the movie. The real-life location is home to one of the oldest markets in the United States, full on wonderful food options.
