What to bring
Please bring your confirmation email on your mobile device or have the name of the person who made the booking at the time of your arrival.
All players should wear appropriate clothing and shoes. Absolutely no slip on shoes allowed.
Bring water bottles and/or cash or credit cards for drinks from the snack bar.
You must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your session time for check in and weapon assignment.
We recommend you download the CallSign app to your phone prior to arrival. This app will create your unique player name and will allow you to view your game stats at any time, earn rewards by frequent play and level up to new weapons/advantages.
Cancellations & Refunds

All ticket sales are final and not refundable. Reservations cannot be changed, rescheduled or refunded once confirmed. Reservations may be re-scheduled by the operator of the activity due to reasons such as weather, minimum participation requirements, mechanical issues or other interruptions beyond their control.
