We’ll arrive 15–20 minutes early to set up. Please have a quiet, open space ready for yoga mats. Bring water, a blanket, and anything to help you feel comfy.

What to expect:

This experience is a grounding journey of movement, meditation, and group connection. We begin with a 75-minute yoga flow designed to awaken the body and regulate the nervous system. The class is designed to meet you exactly where you are we offer modifications, props, and cues for all body types.
After our movement practice, we’ll guide you into a long savasana (resting meditation), where you’ll be immersed in 15–20 minutes of sound healing, using crystal sound bowls. The vibrations work on a cellular level, helping to melt away tension, restore energetic balance, and drop you into deeper meditation.

To close, we open the floor for group reflection, card pulling, and integration. Offering time and space to share anything that may have surfaced during your time on the mat. This is a safe, supportive environment where all emotions, insights, and experiences are welcome. Whether you feel like speaking or simply holding space for others, this final circle is often where the real magic lands.
