Designed for all levels of yogis, your certified yoga instructor will guide you through a fun forty five minute class. During your class, your furry friends will get involved - jumping on you and stealing kisses! After your yoga session, complete your experience with fifteen minutes of goat selfies.

What is Goat Yoga? Well, it's just like regular yoga, with stretching, postures and breathing, except with adorable and friendly goats wandering around, jumping on you as you "downward dog", trying to kiss your face and possibly nipping at your yoga pants. Goat yoga is part of a growing trend of including friendly animals in human exercise routines. It's healthy, it's therapeutic and it's loads of fun.

- Classes will be led by certified Yoga Instructors.
- 45 minute class followed by 15 minutes of selfies and posed shots.
- Classes are held outdoors weather permitting.
- Classes are moved indoors in case of rain.
- Indoor restrooms are available.
- The yoga will be designed for BEGINNERS and experienced yogis. Feel free to rest if you need to.
- Feel free to take Goat Selfies and connect with the goats.
- Children 12+ are welcome and should be able to make it through an hour long yoga class.
