How will I find the guide?
Our TopDogTour Guide will be at the meeting location above 15 minutes prior to the start of the tour. They will be holding a white flag with a blue checkered border with our logo in the center to identify themself.

Where does the tour end?
Times Square

Gratuity is not included, but it is always appreciated and never expected.
Parties of 8 or more are subject to a standard 15% percent gratuity based on booking total This includes NY Pass guests

What if it is too hot, too cold, rains, or snows?
We operate tours in all weather conditions, be it rain, shine or snow. Umbrellas are always a recommended accessory.

What should I wear?
Please wear comfortable footwear and casual comfortable clothing. We recommend bringing outerwear that is weather appropriate for the season especially during colder weather.

Are there restrooms?
Restroom availability or handicap accessibility is limited during the tour and are not guaranteed to be available.

What if I’m running late or get separated from the group?
All of our tours start promptly on time. Due to the nature of the tour, if you are late, we will not be able to catch you up with the group once the tour has left the starting point. If you make the decision to not follow the guide or their instructions, we can not guarantee we can reunite you with your group. The office does not have the ability to contact tour guides for their specific location once the tour has started.

What if I decide not to attend?
TopDogTours has a 2 calendar day cancellation policy for all of its tours. As a courtesy, if you are unable to attend the tour please give our office a call @ (718) 806-1706 to let us know not to expect you.

What if I want or need to reschedule?
If you contact the office 2 calendar days prior to your scheduled tour you may reschedule without charge, based on tour availability. If you attempt to reschedule after 2 calendar days (within 48 hours) of your scheduled tour, you will be subject to a $20 per person service charge.

For Pass Holders Only:
You must present your Passes at the tour start time for all members of your party. If you cannot produce the pass, or attend the tour, the full ticket price of the tour will be charged to the credit card on file. Guests who cancel within 48 hours of the tour start time will also be charged. Please make sure you have chosen the correct booking option, you will not be refunded for checking incorrect customer types.

Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over 21.

All gift certificate sales are final and not refundable. Gift certificates can only be exchanged prior to redemption.
