Manhattan Classic Helicopter Tour

Price includes a $40 per person heliport fee as mandated by the Downtown Manhattan Heliport. Passengers over 250lbs will be charged the price of an additional ticket.
 

The scheduled duration of tours vary based on flight routing, airspace restrictions, and weather conditions. Zip Aviation reserves the right to amend flight paths for safety without giving notice to passengers. Flight routes will be altered during Yankee home games to avoid restricted airspace. All passengers must pass through a metal detector security screening and present a valid government-issued ID for security purposes.

Zip Aviation reserves the right to refuse boarding to passengers or upgrade passengers at any time. Zip Aviation reserves the right to alter or terminate any flights due to any circumstance including weather, security, maintenance, emergencies, aircraft availability, or acts of God.

Check in time is 45 minutes prior to your scheduled flight time.

All passengers are required to provide a government issued photo ID. A photo ID of the person providing payment is required at the time of check-in. We reserve the right to refuse boarding to passengers that do not provide a government issued ID of the person making payment for services provided.

Additional Information

No bags are allowed onboard the helicopter. You will be able to take cell phones, tablets, smartphones, cameras, and sunglasses into the helicopter, EXCEPT Galaxy Note 7, everything else has to be left at the heliport. For your convenience, token-operated lockers are provided at the heliport. Tokens can be purchased for $2 at the token dispenser machine.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time, as well as no-shows, will incur 100% of tour charges. Please contact Manhattan Helicopters at least 24 hours in advance, and we will reschedule your tour at no additional cost. Late arrivals will be addressed on a case-by-case basis depending on seating and aircraft availability. Reservations made at the heliport the day of the tour forfeit the right to cancel after payment has been made. Passengers weighing 250 lbs. (113 kg) or more are required to purchase an additional seat. The maximum weight per passenger is 300 lbs. (136 kg).
