How it is going on
- Select your technique, preferred time slot, and book it on our website. The soonest time slot can be booked 1 hour prior to your art experience.
- Arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled art experience to receive protective clothing accessories. Paint is not washable from fabrics.
- Choose your canvas size and paint colors to begin your artistic journey.
- Embark on a personalized art experience guided by our art instructors - immerse yourself in the creative process and express your emotions on the canvas.
- Your artwork needs up to five days to dry.
- Once your artwork is dry, you can pick it up or it can be shipped for additional charges. Should you want your artwork to be shipped, please inform the administrator before your art experience.
- Please note that varnish is not included in the standard price and is an optional add-on.
- It’s important to retrieve your artwork within 14 days as we have limited storage space.
Cancellations & Refunds
Reservation Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
All ticket sales are final and not refundable. Reservations cannot be changed, rescheduled or refunded once confirmed. Reservations may be re-scheduled by the operator of the activity due to reasons such as weather, minimum participation requirements, mechanical issues or other interruptions beyond their control.
All gift certificate sales are final and not refundable. Gift certificates can only be exchanged prior to redemption.
