This tour requires a minimum of 2 participants to run. If this is not met you be asked to switch to self-guided when a tour. Any price differences will be refunded to you. If you do not want to do self-guided we will review what other activities we have available. If you prefer a refund we will return 100% of what you paid.

Cancellations & Refunds

Reservation Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

All ticket sales are final and not refundable. Reservations cannot be changed, rescheduled or refunded once confirmed. Reservations may be re-scheduled by the operator of the activity due to reasons such as weather, minimum participation requirements, mechanical issues or other interruptions beyond their control.

All gift certificate sales are final and not refundable. Gift certificates can only be exchanged prior to redemption.
