Cancellation Policy

COMPANY POLICIES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Cancellations must be made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled activity date to receive a full refund.
2. Once within the 14-day window, you will be charged for 50% of the charter fee, if it is before 1 week of the scheduled activity.
3. Once you are at or within 7 days of the scheduled activity date, you will be charged the FULL CHARTER PRICE.
4. Cancellations via text message are not valid. You will need to call us to cancel your reservation.
5. Any issues that arise at or after the halfway point of the charter, such as a mechanical fault or inclement weather, a 50% charter fee will still be charged.
6. Bad Weather: We operate in sun, rain, snow, and mild wind. These are not reasons for canceling the trip. If there is lightning, strong winds, a blizzard and/or if ice is likely or present, the trip will be rescheduled or canceled. You will be refunded the full amount the trip.
7. No Shows: If you fail to appear to your scheduled activity, you will be charged for the full amount of the reserved activity. No refunds will be given in any circumstance, no exceptions.
8. Showing up Late: If you, or anyone in your party, shows up more than 45 minutes late, and you have not contacted your guide, you will be charged for the full price of the trip and your trip will be forfeited.
9. Adjusting your Reservation: You must call your guide directly to make any adjustments to your reservation. These include times, dates, and numbers of guests attending.
10. ADDITIONAL GUESTS ARE NOT PERMITTED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL: If you or any other member of your party brings an additional person(s) on board without prior authorization, you will be charged double the charter price plus all surcharge fees. No exceptions.
11. It is your responsibility to notify all members of your party and arrange for your party to be present on the date, location, and time of the reserved activity.
12. A trip terminated due to member(s) of the party getting sick will not be entitled to a refund or credit. If you are prone to seasickness, motion sickness medication taken prior to your charter can help alleviate symptoms of sea sickness.

All gift certificate sales are final and not refundable. Gift certificates can only be exchanged prior to redemption.
