Her Story - A Women's History Walking Tour Of Boston

Women make up half of this country, and yet are largely ignored when it comes to history books. This walking tour of historic Boston will tell you the stories of the incredible women who changed the course of Boston...and American history. From Puritan women who bravely stood up to the government, to the first female/Person of Color to be elected mayor of Boston, we will talk about the wild and wonderful women of Boston.
The Women's History tour will be most entertaining for children over the age of 13, but children of all ages are welcome. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Adults are responsible for their own and their children's behavior and safety. This tour contains discussions of slavery and violence, so parental discretion is advised.

Tours will run in light rain. We will cancel for unpleasant or unsafe weather conditions to ensure your safety and enjoyment of our tours.

This tour requires at least three guests to operate.
