Should i arrive early?
Arrive 5 to 10 mins before your scheduled departure time to check in and receive a short safety briefing. Traffic conditions across South Lake Tahoe can vary, be sure to plan accordingly.
Is it cold/hot in the helicopter?
The helicopter has cabin heating for those cold winter months. In the summer, vents bring in plenty of the best fresh air you can find, keeping it more than cool enough. Wear what is comfortable for driving in your car.
Can i bring my camera?
YES! We insist! Ask your pilot if you'd like to have your door removed for the flight.

Kids are welcome. Per FAA regulations, if the child has not reached their second birthday, they may sit on your lap and ride for free. If the child has reached their second birthday, they must occupy a seat. We can provide children's ear protection if needed.
If wheelchair access is required, please advise at the time of booking so that Tahoe Helicopters can make arrangements.

Reservation Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
All ticket sales are final and not refundable. Reservations cannot be changed, rescheduled or refunded once confirmed. Reservations may be re-scheduled by the operator of the activity due to reasons such as weather, minimum participation requirements, mechanical issues or other interruptions beyond their control.
