Become a distillery pro on this 3-hour journey through the brewing and distillation process at a unique micro-distillery in Shawnee National Forest. Join the rest of the group in the laboratory, where your session will be led by a local distilling expert. You’ll learn how to grind, ferment, distil, and bottle your own spirits, with hands-on experience being a big part of the class. By the time you ‘graduate’, you’ll feel confident enough to put your new skills to practice at home. Your experience also includes snacks and beverages. After all your hard work, treat yourself to something from the on-site shop, or head to the tasting room to sample some of the unique spirits produced on site.

This class will teach you all you need to know about distilling some of the finest spirits with a guided hands on training with professional Brewers of Beer and Spirits.
Your brewing and distilling knowledge will be evaluated then the appropriate training training will be given onsite. A fun learning laboratory and distillery Room experience. The course will make you a safe, confident, home operator for those interested in getting their hands wet.
You will learn about:
- Grinding
- Fermenting
- Distilling
- Bottling
Please arrive 15 minutes early.
Snacks and beverages will be provided.
You will need to sign a waiver before attending this masterclass. You will be sent the waiver after confirming your booking.
Please note you have to be over 21 to take part in the alcohol tastings.
