The Paulie Gee's Brand got its start in Greenpoint, Brooklyn and quickly emerged as one of the most popular pizzerias in the country. As Paulie looked to expand, Chicagoan Derrick Tung opened up the first location in Logan Square, and then expanded to a slice shop in Wicker Park.
