Haleiwa Shark Diving Experience with Experts

Do you want to dive with sharks? This is an extremely unique program and shark dive led by marine researchers trained by world renowned shark experts Ocean Ramsey & Juan Oliphant. We are the first company in the United States & Hawaii to offer freediving with sharks without a cage and we continue to maintain a perfect safety record.
Guests are taught what to do if a shark approaches them which is useful information they could use throughout the rest of their life. Guests are also taught about shark sensory systems and science and can participate in data collection. Shark Dives are recapped by the shark biologist who guides the dives (they are the first person in the water and the last person out and stay in the water with the guests the entire time), and conservation information is shared as well as opportunities to support and get involved.

Shark Diving with Ocean Ramsey and our team of professional shark biologists and guides to learn about shark behavior and shark conservation on our shark tour. This shark dive focuses on teaching people about what to do and what not to do when diving with sharks, guided by a shark biologist and professional shark safety diver. We provide mask snorkel, fins, and rash guards for everyone on board the shark tour. We have brand new, state-of-the-art shark diving boats custom-made for Hawaii's rough water to make it very comfortable for our customers. On the way out to the shark dive site, we give a 30-minute educational briefing about sharks, starting with Hawaiian shark history and the importance of sharks in Hawaii. Then, we thoroughly explain our safety rules and shark behavior before the 1hr dive, swim, or snorkel. On the way back into the harbor, we break down Shark behavior that was seen during the dive, and we focus on explaining the importance of sharks in our ocean, highlight our conservation efforts, and explain how people can get involved to help save sharks and support shark conservation efforts in different parts of the world.
