Hawaii Nighttime Glowga SUP Yoga Experience

Glowga is yoga performed on a stand-up paddle board with colored LED lights attached to the board, floating on the crystal blue waters of Hawaii at night!
Enjoy a breathtaking Hawaiian sunset and incredible views of the city as it comes alive at night. Feel your senses awaken after a long day of exploring the island.

This experience is suitable for all levels of experience in yoga, stand-up paddling and swimming. Your certified SUP yoga instructor gently leads you through a series of poses that will leave you feeling empowered and restored. If you're lucky you will catch a moonrise!

We meet at the far East side of Ala Moana Beach Park at Magic Island in the grassy area beside the parking lot behind Lifeguard Station 1E.
Your instructor will have the blue Boga Yoga boards set up in the grass!

Nighttime SUP Yoga on a Glowing SUP Board!
This is an all Levels Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Glowga class that takes you on to the waters of the Hawaiian ocean at night with the help of our multi-colored LED lights underneath each board.

We’ll wade out into the calm water and anchor down our boards especially designed for yoga and enjoy an introduction to the basic poses of SUP Yoga with options to up level your practice for those who are more familiar with yoga on the mat.

Never been on a paddle board? No problem! First time trying yoga? Great! We’ve designed this class especially for those curious about yoga and wanting to dip their toes into the water and are happy to help you find your way around the board and your body as we introduce the fundamentals of this exciting new practice.
