Kilauea Lighthouse

Kilauea Lighthouse is the largest bird sanctuary in the state of Hawaii. Located on the northern most point of the island, it provides stunning views of the north shore. We will spend about 30-45 mts here. You will have an opportunity to take amazing pictures, learn about the many birds who seek sanctuary here, some migratory and some are permanent residents, and spend some time at the visitor center.

Surrounded by Hanalei's famous Namolokama mountain, This park was the place where the first Christian missionaries first settled in the mid 1800's. They built a school, and a mission house, and the iconic wooden green church with stained glass windows.
