Evening Manta Ray Snorkel Tour In Kona

Our late night manta ray adventure (seasonal) is geared more towards those guests that are comfortable snorkeling in the ocean late at night. Because of the late start time, there are less boats and less people at Manta Ray Village which makes this a much more surreal experience. Start your adventure by watching the lights of Kona town as we make our way to our snorkel destination (Manta Ray Village).

Once we arrive at the snorkel location, receive a full safety briefing before joining our guides in the water to snorkel with the majestic hahalua (manta rays). Afterwards, join us back on the boat for hot cocoa, hot tea, chocolate chip cookies or a cocktail while you enjoy the beautiful night sky and the lights of Kona town as we make our back to the pier. Because this tour is done late at night and geared towards more experienced snorkelers, guests going in the water on this tour should have previous snorkeling experience.

You must be able to swim without a flotation device.

You can invite spectators to join you on the boat for a fee, please select the "Boat Trip Only Ticket" at checkout.

This Tour Includes:

Foam noodle for floatation.
Snacks.
Bottled water & non-alcoholic drinks.
Snorkeling gear (You are welcome to bring your own!).
Professional snorkel guide.

All guests getting into the water MUST KNOW HOW TO SWIM WITHOUT THE ASSISTANCE OF A FLOTATION DEVICE. If it is determined by our Captains and/or crew members that a guest does not have adequate swimming abilities, the guest will be directed back to the boat and their purchase will NOT be refunded

- Anti nausea medication (if you are prone to sea/motion sickness)
- We have ample space on board to store any personal belongings such as a small bag or backpack if you wish to bring one.

USE OF FULL-FACE SNORKEL MASKS
Please be advised that due to safety reasons, we do NOT allow the use of full-face snorkel masks on any of our tours

All minors must be accompanied by an adult.

You may bring your own waterproof camera.

If you get motion sickness, it is recommend to take over-the-counter medication.

Please note this experience must have a minimum of 6 total passengers for this tour to go out.

Manta Ray Guarantee

Please be advised that manta rays are wild animals and WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS to guests that join us on a manta ray snorkel and do not see manta rays. In the event you go out with us on a manta ray snorkel and do not see manta rays, we will attempt to rebook you on another night for free (subject to availability). We always recommend that guests book this experience as early in their stay as possible, so that in the unlikely event you do not see a manta ray, we do have the ability to try and rebook you on another evening. The manta guarantee for rebooking does not apply to "Boat Trip Only" guests that stay on the boat.

Reservation Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

Changes to reservations for tickets can be made until 3 days prior to the date scheduled. Reservations may be re-scheduled by the operator of the activity due to reasons such as weather, minimum participation requirements, mechanical issues or other interruptions beyond their control.

All gift certificate sales are final and not refundable. Gift certificates can only be exchanged prior to redemption.
