If you cannot make it to your reservation, you have the option to reschedule one time free of charge or redeem a credit to come back in the future.
Please make sure to reschedule or redeem your credit at a minimum of an hour before your scheduled reservation time. No shows are not subject to rescheduling or redeeming credit.
This policy is in place because we are primarily by appointment and we staff each business day based on booking reservations. We mix paint, set up stations and prepare the studio in advance for each guest's arrival. Please understand that last minute cancellations and changes are a deficit to us as a small local business and to our team of local artists. We cannot afford to make exceptions to our policy. Thank you for understanding.
