We will expand our palates by exploring the boozy history of three spirits from Jalisco, Oaxaca, or anything in between. 
After our tastebuds have adjusted, I’ll demonstrate my approach to libations by crafting you a cocktail.
Finally, I’ll collaborate with you to build your own unique boozy or refreshing cocktail with seasonal fruit, bitters, and sazón!
