Stand Up Paddleboarding Lesson in Tampa Bay

SUP lessons start with a land lesson lasting about 10 minutes: You will learn the proper way to pick up, walk with, and put down your board and paddle and you will also learn proper water safety and stand up paddleboard etiquette. A water lesson follows this for about 10 minutes: Learn how to safely get on and off the board, go from your knees and/or belly to your feet, proper standing technique, paddling technique and turning the board. And then be free to paddle around to explore.

All lessons include everything you will need to learn how to SUP, including paddleboards! Plan on arriving 15-20 minutes early please. We can get waivers and payment completed so you have more time on the water! Typically it will take us about 10 to 15 minutes to get most first time people Standing Up and Paddling! (don't hold us to this since this is an average - everyone has their own learning curve!) You will then have about 45 minutes to paddle around and explore on your own after your lesson!
