Osprey Clear Kayak Ecotour: Dolphin Watch

Embark on an adventure in a 100% clear kayak! Our experienced guides, who are naturalists, will take you on a kayak ecotour like no other. Paddle through enchanted mangrove tunnels before exploring the white sands of Turtle Beach. Keep a sharp eye out as we paddle along mangrove islands in search of dolphins, manatees, and other marine life. Spend 20 minutes exploring the shores of this secluded beach paradise! Let your guide assist you in looking for fossilized shark teeth or take a refreshing dip in the aquamarine waters of the Gulf of Mexico. On the way back to our launch point, make sure to glance down to spot hermit crabs, crown conchs, and starfish that you might observe through the transparent kayak. Please note that this tour requires an intermediate level of physicality as we spend 2.5 hours adventuring under the sun. Guests must be capable of lifting themselves in and out of a kayak from the ground.
 

Meeting Point:

400 Palmetto Ave

Meet at 400 Palmetto Ave, Osprey, FL 34229, USA. Follow the signs to the Conservation Foundation of the Gulf Coast. Park outside the black metal gates in the gravel parking lot. Bring your water bottle and walk down the driveway towards the two-story brick home with white pillars. Head to the dock situated on the left side of the home.

Turtle Beach

Located at 9000 Blind Pass Road, Fisherman's Cove, Siesta Key, 34242, Florida. Once done exploring the mangrove forests and tunnels, we will land our kayaks at Turtle Beach in Midnight Pass, one of Siesta Key's most iconic spots. You will have the opportunity to swim in the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico or hunt for fossilized shark teeth. Enjoy a refreshing break in nature!
