Pensacola Beach Surfing Lesson Experience

The lesson will include 1.5 hours of instruction and board rental, starting with a group introduction and an overview of current conditions and marine life. Your instructor will cover water safety, proper technique, and etiquette, followed by stretching exercises. Land class will focus on mastering the prone position, paddling technique, the "pop-up," and the correct stance. Depending on the conditions, your instructor will determine the length of instruction for paddling out, including skills like duck diving and nose dives.
