Silver Springs Glass Bottom Kayak Tour

Explore the entirety of the Silver River with us! This tour is the extended version of our popular 2hr tour and typically lasts 3-4 hours; giving you the BEST chance at seeing monkeys and manatees!
Our glass bottom kayaks are the clearest, most stable of it's kind on the Silver River! They come with a sit-in-top design, which means they are well suited to all-weather paddling, stability is greatly increased and paddler comfort is enhanced. Our kayaks come with a transparent hull for underwater viewing all the way to the bottom, even the deepest springs in the river!

We run WITH the current at a leisure paddle pace so there is very little work involved. You're guided the whole way to ensure you don't get lost and/or miss out! There is one stop along the way at the mid-way point for a bathroom break. An additional $6 PARK FEE (per person) will be due at the time of check-in.

Guests should check in at Silver Springs State Park's KAYAK LAUNCH. Guests should NOT enter the park's main entrance. There will be an additional $6 (per person) park fee due at check in. Once paid, you’ll be directed to your tour guide. Call upon arrival if confused.

Silver Springs has been a National Treasure since it first opened in the 1870s and is home to one of the worlds largest freshwater springs! These crystal-clear waterways feature an abundance of wildlife such as alligators, manatees, otters, turtles, fish, birds and monkeys. Sunken shipwrecks, dozens of springs, underwater statues, and a "prehistoric" gorgeous view of "old Florida" will be seen on this tour; fully lead by an experienced guide ensuring a safe and easy paddle throughout! This tour runs 5.2 miles down the Silver River with the current, making it an easy, leisure paddle with little effort involved. Guests are able to either grab a shuttle ride at the end, or leave their car at the take-out (most preferred) to be able to leave when finished. Shuttling is included in your cost and will be arranged prior to your tour.
