St. Augustine Valentine's Sweet Treat Carriage Ride

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO...

Carriage Rides: The ability to climb in and out of the carriage is required (St. Augustine only). You are welcome to bring your own cozy blanket, if on a carriage ride during the winter months.

Weather: Rides are held rain or shine. Check the forecast and come prepared – we do not provide umbrellas. Rides may be rescheduled based on SEVERE conditions, such as a thunderstorms and hurricanes! Guests will be notified in advance if we decide to cancel or reschedule a particular tour. However, if you drink enough wine and you won't even notice!

Participant(s) Waiver & Release of Liability:

By purchasing ticket(s), whether directly through The Tasting Tours or via an external vendor (third party reseller), you affirm understanding and agreement to the following terms:

1. Voluntary Participation: Participation in any tour/event is voluntary.
2. Assumption of Risk: Participants assume all foreseeable and unforeseeable risks.
3. Release of Claims: Participants release The Tasting Tours LLC from any and all liability or claims arising from tour/event participation. This includes, but is not limited to, injuries or death resulting from food or beverage allergies, foodborne illnesses, theft or damage to property, transportation, adverse weather conditions, or choking incidents.
4. Participant Acknowledgment: Participants acknowledge that the company bears no liability for injuries resulting from their own conduct or behavior.
5. Alcohol Consumption: Participants aged 21 and older may consume alcohol at designated stops at their own discretion, risk, and liability.
6. Modes of Transportation: Participants understand and acknowledge that the tour or event may involve transportation by various motor vehicles, including, but not limited to, horse-drawn carriages or electric vehicles. The Tasting Tours assumes no responsibility and does not grant any express or implied warranties relating to other third parties, including drivers of said vehicles.
7. Promotional Release: Participants grant permission for the use of their likeness for promotional purposes.

Participants affirm their understanding and consent to these terms.
If under 18, parental consent is required and is hereby acknowledged that Participant’s parent or legal guardian has read and consented to the terms of this agreement.

All gift certificate sales are final and not refundable. Gift certificates can only be exchanged prior to redemption.
