PARKING & ARRIVAL: There is NO onsite parking provided.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. Rides depart with or without you. Please plan ahead so that you don't miss it! :)
WINE: Wine is NOT included in the pricing of the carriage rides. Wine packages are offered as an 'add on'.
AGE RESTRICTIONS: 21+ (only), if partaking in wine packages.
GRATUITY: Carriage driver gratuity is NOT included in your ticket. As a general guideline, a standard tip is around 10-15% of the total tour price. However, if you've received exceptionally good service, it's thoughtful to say 'thank you' with a tip closer to 15-20%. Cash is always appreciated!
PET RESTRICTIONS: There is a weight limit of 20 pounds and may not sit on the seats.
ROUTE: Carriage routes are predetermined and specified (strictly enforced) by the City of St. Augustine. There is no deviation.
REQUIREMENTS: The ability to climb up, into and out of the carriage (without assistance) is required.
WEATHER: Rides are held rain or shine. Check the forecast and come prepared – we do not provide umbrellas. Rides may be rescheduled based on SEVERE conditions, such as a thunderstorms and hurricanes! Guests will be notified in advance if we decide to cancel or reschedule a particular tour. *However, if you drink enough wine and you won't even notice the weather! :)
You are welcome to bring your own cozy blanket, if on a carriage ride during the winter months.
PHOTOS & SEATING: Carriages utilized for the rides, may vary with the size of the party booked. Photos on website or in advertisements may not reflect the carriage used on the particular night of your ride. Seating on the carriage ride may be REAR facing.
Cancellations & Refunds
Reservation Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
Changes to reservations for tickets can be made until 3 days prior to the date scheduled. Reservations may be re-scheduled by the operator of the activity due to reasons such as weather, minimum participation requirements, mechanical issues or other interruptions beyond their control.
All gift certificate sales are final and not refundable. Gift certificates can only be exchanged prior to redemption.

The City of St. Augustine requires that anyone who, for compensation, offers to show and describe the points of interest and historical places in the city must obtain a Tour Guide License. Tour guides must be 18 years of age or older and must pass an examination as to their knowledge of the history of the city; the names and location of streets and highways, proper designations and history of the various points of historical and general interest within the city and its vicinity and other pertinent and important information.
