Grand Junction Climbing Adventure Experience

The Western Slope has access to some of the best climbing in the Continental US. Grand Junction, Colorado is situated on the flanks of the Colorado Plateau. Centrally located between both the desert and mountain environments we have the best of two climbing worlds. You can challenge yourself on the famous limestone walls of Rifle or revel in the magnitude of the Black Canyon of the Gunnison. We have sandstone cliffs, featured conglomerate, limestone crags and 1.6-Billion-year-old granite basement rocks all within a 2-hour circle.

Our local experts will guide you around the canyons of the Colorado National Monument or the tall granite cliffs of Unaweep Canyon. Are you new to the sport? Looking to advance your skill level or want to go on an epic adventure? Our AMGA trained Guides can customize an adventure to your specific skill level. Whether it’s introduction and instruction on beautiful slabs situated in in a majestic canyon, or adventure and challenge on one of the many summits or multi-pitch climbs that surround this amazing area. Our professionally trained guides keep an eye on safety while showing you the goods. We have half day and full day options to accommodate almost every need and schedules.
