Please arrive 30 minutes before your rental slot.
Gratuity is not included.
Please Bring:
- Sun screen
- An Extra layer of clothing
- At least 32 oz of water per person
- Weather appropriate boating attire (water shoes or old sneakers, synthetic clothing, etc.)
- Any personal medical equipment necessary
- Sunglasses
All other equipment including safety gear will be provided by Assateague Outfitters. Do be aware that all of our trips and tours are weather dependent. We are constantly watching local weather patterns and will contact you if it looks like your trip or tour will be affected by any adverse weather conditions.
Important Information!
Reservations do not include entrance fees for Assateague Island National Seashore. For more information on park fees, visit www.nps.gov/asis.
For all kayak rentals and tours, you will enter through the national seashore entrance gates and take the first right onto Bayside Dr. Go all the way to the end. Look for our upcycled shipping container building.
Cancellations & Refunds
Reservation Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
Changes to reservations for tickets can be made until 3 days prior to the date scheduled. Reservations may be re-scheduled by the operator of the activity due to reasons such as weather, minimum participation requirements, mechanical issues or other interruptions beyond their control.
All gift certificate sales are final and not refundable. Gift certificates can only be exchanged prior to redemption.
