The Streets of San Francisco Tour departs promptly on time. Please arrive 30 minutes early.
Alcatraz Tour starting time: This will be sent to you 4 days prior to the reservation date; Typically it is a morning departure time.
Bike Tour starting time: 11am. Bike Tour is the day after Alcatraz. This will be reiterated in confirmation sent to you 4 days prior.
We take a monetary authorization on all rentals, starting at $500 per Ebike. The authorized amount is held until we have the safe return of all rental equipment.
Cancellations & Refunds
Reservation Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
All ticket sales are final and not refundable. Reservations cannot be changed, rescheduled or refunded once confirmed. Reservations may be re-scheduled by the operator of the activity due to reasons such as weather, minimum participation requirements, mechanical issues or other interruptions beyond their control.
All gift certificate sales are final and not refundable. Gift certificates can only be exchanged prior to redemption.
