Please be aware that on the day of the tour, participants may be asked to show the card used to purchase the experience along with either a state i.d. or drivers license to verify identity. Please note that this is not applicable to vouchers or bookings made through Experience Gifts.

• A government-issued photo ID are required to enter the club.
• General admission ticket holders are subject to outside wait and standing room only.
• Seating within each section (even VIP sections) is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Arrive early for best seats in your section. Latecomers may be admitted and seated at the discretion of the house management. Exact seat sections are not guaranteed once the event begins.
• Locations, showtimes, and show venues are subject to change with or without notice.
• Some venues require a mandatory coat check.

Tickets may be rescheduled at the discretion of the management.

All gift certificate sales are final and not refundable. Gift certificates can only be exchanged prior to redemption.
