Note: All pub crawl riders must be 21 years of age or older. Tucson pub crawls will run when a total of six seats are booked in order to comfortably pedal the party bike. If we do not reach that threshold, we will notify you 24 hours in advance and offer to refund or reschedule your tour.

Alcohol Policy
The Arizona Party Bike operates like a party bus service -- you may BYOB beer, wine, canned cocktails, ciders and seltzers on board! We have the following policies in order to ensure both a fun, safe and legal experience.
Observance of these policies is required for all groups:
- No hard liquor on board. Beer, wine, seltzers, canned cocktails (High Noons), and ciders ok!
- No glass on board. Everything in cans or plastic please.
- Containers must remain closed until on board the vehicle
- Alcohol MUST REMAIN ON BOARD the vehicle at all times
We aim to provide an amazing time, but your safety is our #1 priority! DO NOT arrive for your party already intoxicated or service may be refused without a refund.
Policy Enforcement
The Party Bike Captain for your reservation is in charge at all times and will enforce these policies. It is also the responsibility of the person who booked the tour to help the captain in hosting the group in order to maintain a fun and safe experience.
Weather Policy
We ride rain or shine, but for safety we cancel if there is lightning or other severe weather. Don't worry -- you won't be pedalling around in a thunderstorm! If we have to cancel the tour based on severe weather conditions, you will receive a 100% refund or rain check for another date.
Weather cancellations are not made until right before your tour's scheduled start time, as weather can be unpredictable.
For light rain and showers, we will provide ponchos for your group free of charge!
Changes to reservations for tickets can be made until 15 days prior to the date scheduled. Reservations may be re-scheduled by the operator of the activity due to reasons such as weather, minimum participation requirements, mechanical issues or other interruptions beyond their control.
All gift certificate sales are final and not refundable. Gift certificates can only be exchanged prior to redemption.
