We hook you up with a dog hunting team for an adventurous day in a beautiful forest, tasting wonderful truffle cuisine. This truly immersive small group tour is packed full of the sites, sounds, smells, and feel of the Pacific Northwest and the forest bounty it provides. You will also get informative and entertaining descriptions about how the trees, truffles, people, dogs, cuisine, and forests all come together to make the Pacific Northwest one of the most special places in the country.
This group daytrip is limited limited to 10 people. It starts at 11 am when We meet to drive to the private forest where the secret truffle patch is. You will learn about the hidden life of truffles and the beautiful forests of the Pacific Northwest.

Participate in a truffle dog hunting demonstration learning how the dogs are trained, what the truffles look like, and how to dig one up. Then we will head into the forest with the professional dog hunting team and guide telling stories about PNW forests and ecosystems. Then real hunting means we might find a lot or only a few truffles.

Our final stop is a beautiful winery for white truffle pizza, wine tasting and other culinary truffle dishes.
