Your experience has a focus on being an interactive, hands-on experience. This experience allows guests to take a deeper dive into our world of Gin - not only trying the neat spirit, but learning how to use it in other creative ways.
This experience is great for people who may have already been on a 'gin' tour and are looking for something a little different. While many other gin experiences from other distilleries teach people about the history of gin making, we prefer to focus on modern drinks trends and the exciting innovations of current Scottish gin production. In particular, learn more about our experimentation with Scottish Juniper.

Moving through to our Spirits Lab and Gin Distillery, you’ll taste your first gin as you learn to mix, make and shake your very own cocktail!

As your guide takes you through the origins of our gin-making journey, learn more about the sophisticated and complex flavour of our gin with an extra dash of neat spirit to enjoy. Explore the direction of modern gin production in Scotland with a behind the scenes sample of our future projects.

Finally, create your own perfect serve Gin & Tonic with our Height of Arrows range and a selection of premium mixers and garnishes to enjoy in our cosy distillery lounge room.
