At Scottish Odyssey, we do things a little differently to most tour operators. For every tour provided, we plant a tree with the Future Forest Company, and all our tours have a maximum capacity of 8 people.

The rolling hills and sweeping landscapes will transport you back to the 18th century, the serene beauty and rugged terrain of the Pentland Hills provide a perfect backdrop for reflecting on the adventures of your favourite characters. Capture stunning photos and breathe in the fresh Scottish air.
The start and end location for this walk has toilets and a traditional Scottish pub, we will be stopping there for a pub lunch (no included in the price) before heading over to the castle.

Conclude your adventure on Gladhouse Reservoir, the largest body of freshwater in Midlothian. Choose from a kayak, paddleboard, this serene location is perfect for both beginners and experienced paddlers.

Glenkinchie Distillery makes the Edinburgh Malt that is enjoyed around the world on its own and as a vital component of Johnnie Walker whiskies.
Your full-sensory tour culminates in a tutored whisky tasting of 3 drams and a wee cocktail in the Tasting Room – a delicious ending to a wonderful adventure at the Lowland Home of Johnnie Walker.
