You'll meet your skipper and the rest of the group outside The Folly restaurant, which also happens to be providing your post-cruise meal. Hop aboard the boat, and relax with a complimentary glass of Prosecco as it sets off. As the party gets started and the sun starts to set, sip your drink and take in the sights of Oxford. You'll drift past university boat houses, quaint riverside homes and meadows for thirty minutes. On your return, you'll sit down to a decadent three-course meal expertly prepared by the chefs at The Folly restaurant.

Your experience begins boarding one of our elegant Edwardian Gentleman's River Launches for a 40-minute cruise taking in the highlights of river life in Oxford. We see Folly Bridge, Christchurch Meadows, the University boathouse, and part of the Regatta course whilst a complementary glass of Prosecco is served. This can be a wonderful time to be on the river as the sun gets lower in the sky and the light takes on a magical quality.
We disembark at The Folly restaurant where your exquisite meal will be served in charming surroundings either inside the restaurant or, if the weather allows, on the floating river terrace. The Folly's a la carte menu offers relaxed fine dining (sample menu here) and there is a comprehensive wine list available to complement your meal.

Dietary Requirements: We cannot guarantee that catering, including gluten and dairy free meals, will be free of allergens, as food is prepared freshly in a kitchen where allergens are present.

Accessibility: Unfortunately our vessels do not offer level access for wheelchairs. We will offer all possible assistance to help passengers with limited mobility to board the vessels. Should you wish to discuss access options before your cruise please don't hesitate to contact us. We recommend a site visit to view boarding arrangements if you have particular concerns.
Changes to reservations for tickets can be made until 3 days prior to the date scheduled. Reservations may be re-scheduled by the operator of the activity due to reasons such as weather, minimum participation requirements, mechanical issues or other interruptions beyond their control.
