4 Hours Private Guided Belfast City Tour

Take a unique personalized tour of Belfast City and it's surroundings, where you will see some of the city's famous landmarks, from the cranes of Belfast's Harland and Wolf Shipyard that built the Titanic, to Stormont, the home of the Northern Ireland Parliament, visitors will will also get to see Belfast Castle which is nestled into Cave Hill, and is visible throughout the city and many other sites to hold their interest and attention.
Stop and take in the splendor of Queen's University and Belfast City Hall, from here take a trip around Belfast's troubled streets, observing the murals and political imagery which adorn the many gable walls in the Protestant Shankill and Catholic Falls districts.

End the trip with a pint of the black stuff ( Guinness) in. Tthe famous Crown Bar.

You will be provided with a history of the city and it's famous landmarks a swell as a political tour of this once troubled city.

Belfast Castle

Take a visit to Belfast Castle, a 17th Century Castle which sits overlooking Belfast, and is nestled below Cave Hill, situated in woodland and parkland. The Normans had built a settlement here as far back as the 12th century. Great views of Belfast City and Belfast Lough. Take a walk around the gardens and see if you can find the nine cats. Visitors can also take a look inside the castle and their is a cafe available also.

Parliament Buildings

Stormont Upper Newtownards Road, Stormont Estate, Belfast, BT4 3XX

Visit the home of the Northern Ireland Parliament. This stunning building is situated in stunning grounds, which are popular with families. The building can be observed from many points throughout the city, it is situated on the outskirts of East Belfast. The Parliament Building was opened in 1932. The first Prime Minister of Northern Ireland, Sir James Craig is entomed on the site along with his wife. Visitors can also access the building for a closer look.

Take a look at Queen's University Belfast, a mixture of tudor and gothic styles. This fine building was designed by the architect Sir Charles Lanyon. The university was opened by Queen Victoria and is the 11th oldest university in the United Kingdom.

Belfast City Hall

Visitors can wander around the grounds of Belfast City Hall, a stunning building which sits right in the heart of Belfast City Centre. This grand building is the centre point of the city, and the meeting point for many who either live in or visit the city. Their are several statues, and memorials within the grounds, the Titanic Memorial being one of the most poignant. Visitors can also access the building, their is a cafe located within, with exhibitions usually on display.

Titanic Belfast

Queen's Road, 1 Olympic Way, Titanic Quarter, Belfast, BT3 9EP

Take a look at the stunning Titanic Museum, which is located at the Titanic Quarter, the area which was once Queen's Island. Many thousands of shipyard workers made their way to and from the famous Harland and Wolf Shipyard, which built the Titanic.
Visitors can do a tour of the museum, but tickets will have to be purchased. Visitors could spend hours looking around this wonderful exhibition.

Entry is free to the building but any tour of the exhibition has to be paid for.

Peace Wall

15 Cupar Way, Belfast, BT13 2RX

Take a drive to the Peace Wall, which divides the Protestant Shankill district of Belfast from the Catholic Fall's district of Belfast. View the many political and historical murals which adorn the many gable walls of the terraced houses in these working class neighbourhoods, which were the locations of many terrible incidents during Northern Ireland's troubled past. Visitors will be driven along the Falls Road and Shankill Road, and through some of the streets. Even though these areas suffered greatly during the conflict, many older residents can speak of happier times and childhoods in these working class streets.
