Liverpool Lake District Scenic Day Tour

BusyBus tours are always delivered in a relaxed and fun way. This means that you will have more time to enjoy the delights of the Lake District and soak up the atmosphere of the picturesque Lake District towns and villages.
You will never be put under pressure to partake in any activity that you are not comfortable with but we do encourage everyone to join in with the fun to make the day special.

After disembarking, walk up the exit ramp to the Security Gateway where you will find your BusyBus guide/driver for the day. They will be wearing a Hi-Viz BusyBus vest and holding our BusyBus Sign on a pole.

When in the Lake District, why not go on a Lake Cruise. You have the opportunity to take a one way trip from Bowness on Windermere to Ambleside across one of Britain's most iconic Lakes. Purchase your tickets on the day from the the driver/guide

Spend time wandering around this typical Lake District Town, looking for evidence of the old mills, trying some of the cuisine or just taking in the charm of this lovely place on the northern shores of Windermere. If the weather is really nice, we may reduce stay to 30 minutes and encourage that you buy goodies for an ourdoor picnic in the Langdales.

This is the home of the world famous Grasmere Gingerbread Shop and the final resting place of William Wordsworth.

Delight in the aroma of freshly baked Gingerbread before stepping back in time into this quaint little shop where you will be greeted by characters from Victorian days. Oh Yes, don't forget to stock up on that lovely Gingerbread....it is world famous.
