On the day, please head to Doyle's Opticians in the W12 Centre, Shepherd’s Bush. When you arrive at Doyle’s, press the buzzer, and tell our staff that you are here for your ‘routine examination’.

Please make sure you arrive on time, not too early or too late. If you are running behind schedule, we cannot guarantee that you will be admitted for your timeslot, so please call us on +44 208 1300 021.

Cancellation Policy

This is a live event game, and once the booking is confirmed, we cannot accept any cancellations, reschedules or give any refunds. Please find a full list of ticketing terms and conditions here: https://www.thegameisnow.com/ticketing-terms-and-conditions.

Event cancellation. In the unlikely event of our having to cancel an Event entirely for any legal restrictions or legal reasons then the Event Provider will provide notification of the cancellation to the contact information provided by the ticket purchaser. On cancellation, the Event Provider will offer ticket holders the opportunity either; (i) to exchange their tickets for subsequent performances or (ii) to a refund equal to the face value of the tickets.

This option must be exercised within 2 weeks of notification by the Event Provider of the cancellation. Booking fees or other charges levied by the ticket agent are not refundable. This is the Event Provider’s sole liability to ticket holders in the event of cancellation.

Except where otherwise expressly stated in these booking conditions, the company regrets that it cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of its contractual obligations is prevented or affected by or you otherwise suffer any damage or loss as a result of "force majeure".

In these booking conditions, "force majeure" means any event which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity or actual threatened terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events outside our control.

All gift certificate sales are final and not refundable. Gift certificates can only be exchanged prior to redemption.
