As with all rides, manufacturer guidelines must be adhered to and within those are pre-planned periods of maintenance. It’s standard practice for new rides to have to undergo manufacturer-led maintenance checks to ensure the ride is functioning at it’s very best so that it continues to give guests the optimum experience possible. This information will be available to guests on the Thorpe Park website by visiting the Ride Availability webpage, the Opening Times webpage and the Hyperia webpage.

Reservation Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
Changes to reservations for tickets can be made until 3 days prior to the date scheduled. Reservations may be re-scheduled by the operator of the activity due to reasons such as weather, minimum participation requirements, mechanical issues or other interruptions beyond their control.
